Jack hammers are loud and they scare away the nice folks who populate your unique world. How angry are you?

1. I avoid the use of anger to intimidate.

2. I listen and consider their input if someone tells me that I sound angry.

3. I use self calming techniques when I get very angry.

4. I decrease my volume if I think I sound aggressive.

5. I normally don't get angry--just miffed..

6. I don't ruminate about how badly I have been treated and how angry it makes me.

7. Even when I am severely tried and frustrated I manage my emotions.

8. I discuss my anger reaction when I feel calmer.

9. I don't try to resolve conflict when I feel out of control.

10. I believe that we respect people who are assertive without being aggressive (in your face).
