What about fitting into your tiny jeans (the ones in the distant dark corner of your closet)? Would you like to avoid certain malicious and inconvenient diseases and disorders? Do you want to remain active well into your golden years? Would it enhance your life if you felt better psychologically, emotionally and physically? Physical activity is one of the most effective "yes" answers to all six questions. The more you practice physical fitness, the healthier you will become - while considering other limiting factors. Your genes and environment play a substantial part in your overall wellness; nonetheless, you still have some power. Use it.
